This is for Complex Care consultations for NEW PATIENTS only

It must be booked with the PART 2 consultation

Part 1 is an online consultation to comprehensively gather medical background information and discuss any clinical concerns.

Please note that this is a discounted rate when booking both required parts of the initial Complex Care assessment. If you do not book or subsequently cancel part 2, then part 1 will be charged at the standard rate of £350.

This is for Complex Care consultations for NEW PATIENTS only

Part 2 is a face to face appointment with you and your child.

Please note that this is a discounted rate when booking both required parts of the initial Complex Care assessment. If you do not book or subsequently cancel part 2, then part 1 will be charged at the standard rate of £350.

Please note that this consultation booking is for Home Visits between 9am and 6pm weekdays, excluding National and Bank holidays.

Travel time greater than 30 minutes may incur an additional charge, however, this will always be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking and confirming the consultation.

This service must be paid directly by the patient's parent/payor, you may then wish to claim from your medical insurance company at your discretion.

Please note that this consultation booking is for Home Visits with:

- Less than 24hrs notice

- Out of hours Monday to Friday from 6pm to 9am

- Anytime on a Saturday or Sunday

- Anytime on a National or Bank Holiday

This service must be paid directly by the patient's parent/payor, you may then wish to claim from your medical insurance company at your discretion.

Please note this is only for repeat medication prescriptions, initiated by Dr Zeitlin. This charge covers all medication(s) requested as part of the same prescription request. 

If you require a prescription for a new medication, or one that was not prescribed by Dr Zeitlin, then a consultation will be required to assess suitability (this can be carried out by Zoom in some cases, as suitable). 

Prescriptions will be sent directly to your nominated pharmacy in most cases.

Please note this is only for letters requested outside of consultations. 

Letters that are discussed and decided upon during the consultation do not incur any extra charge.
